i get the going lighter weights thing as you age...and still wanting too train hard but you’d think he would @ the bare minimum stop swinging and jerking the hell out of his severely damaged spine...every exercise he’s doing his form is ridiculous considering his current predicament...

I’ve told my stories numerous times here. Yes, I’ve had many. In person, on the phone, lifting with ... Many. Lou’s completely unlikeable. And this is putting it mildly.

Never quite got the Ferrigno worship in bodybuilding..has literally a shrine on wall at golds....came in 3rd place out of 3 in Heavyweight Mr. Olympia 75...then basically portrayed the worst representation of bodybuilding ever...An illiterate green monster that grunts and yells...just what the public thinks of bodybuilders...just as Arnold was getting into acting and showing that a bodybuilder could be charismatic...

Not hating on Lou but honestly just don't get the whole appeal.
