Big Lou's body is all messed up too. I think shoulder, knee and hip. I keep thinking it's the heavy weights but some moderate weight bodybuilders have major orthopedic problems like Chris Dickerson. Then again Dickerson did the Olympic lifts back in the day. Meanwhile Danny Paddila and Robby have no ortho issues. Danny trained most body parts with each exercise using 5 sets of 12 with the same weight. Maybe he was on to something for protecting his body and growing.
