In one of the youtube comments, some woman responds with, "I am 250+ pounds and I am healthy."
I really never understood this argument. You could smoke 2 packs of cigarettes every day, be healthy, and live to be 100, but it doesn't mean you should.
I mean, there is just a MOUNTAIN of evidence that links obesity to many, many diseases. How can people just blatantly ignore the evidence? Not to mention, current health status does not dictate future health status, especially when you're 300+ pounds.
