I also like the scene where Pacino is air dropped from the helicopter into the car on the freeway so he can pull over De Niro.

Heat is a movie that can be watched over and over. Another movie like that is Swayze's Road House. Cult classic! One of the most entertaining movies ever!

Anyone who has not seen Road House should check it out. Surprisingly good and a cult classic! Ben Gazzara is hilarious in it. Lots of great one-liners also.
