He still reads getbig, doesn't he?  This is the only place people talk about him just training with machines and cables.

He is training smart but part of the Mr. Olympia persona should be to inspire people. Watching Ronnie's training videos growing up was epic.

So, someone should sacrifice their own health for the benefit of others inspiration?

Yup, great logic.

I disagree with him about not getting injured on machines, especially Hammer Strength.

Never thought I'd agree with Coach, on anything. He's absolutely right. Be careful. Machines can be (almost) more more dangerous re: injuries.

He did get injured on a machine. He was doing lying leg curls. It’s on video as well. Back in 2006, on his The Gift DVD.

Didn't you recently switch to using hammer strength, yet a few months back, you railed how hammer strengths will get you injured. But, now youre using them.

Not to mention, have you failed to notice all the bicep tears on preacher curls, quad tears during squats, and torn pecs during barbell bench presses?  ??? ??? ???

With a training partner that pulls that helps pull the handles out. I don't start at the bottom position unless my training partner isn't there then I just switch exercises.

As far as tears, shit happens and there's usually a reason for it be it from bad training habits or being physiological

Not really arguing with this because it's not the first time it's been said and, technically, it's not untrue. However, lifting weights with the goal of competing in a physique show is a rigorous physical activity (even when weighted against Heath's "uninspiring" workouts.) On one hand, you can make the argument that bodybuilding doesn't really require any special physical skill or ability and it's really just a looks competition. On the other hand, no matter how many drugs you take, you do have to engage in rigorous physical activity to compete at a high level. I can't really think of any other "pageant" activities where that's true. So, for me, it's like whateva.

All his yammering f aggotry about how wonderful this woman is is gonna come back to bite him. Sure as shit. Worshipping a kunt is never wise for any man. Not only is it profoundly embarrassing (and if done, should NEVER be presented to the public/anyone else), but places a guy further in a space in which his dominant position is weakened.

Add in the ultra-f aggot “putting on an apron” cuck-building horseshit.

This whore will be just another to bring heartache and misery to a man.

Dollars to doughnuts.

Phil’s a soyboy using mountains of drugs.

He's also behind about 30 names on here, a few of whom are just now surfacing with low post counts, no forum avatar, and a strangely familiar comfort level with the threads, almost as if he's testing the waters to see if they'll be accepted as new members or detected as more of his joke accounts. The irony is danimal77 always claimed to be from Montreal, Quebec, Canada, not New York. But then again his entire meltdown thread was copied & pasted from a 13 year old thread from another website.

Good luck at the Olympia, Phil. I'm not a fan of yours, though I'll admit your arms are some of the best I've ever seen, particularly from the elbow down.

My thing is this you take all the drugs away from a pro bber and he’s nothing , you wouldn’t look twice at him in public, pro bbers are dependent on drugs and lots of it

You take drugs away from a pro athlete that plays baseball, football or whatever real sport and he’s still a top specimen and was most likely a high recruit in college and top player in the nation from high school on

Drugs are the real finishing touch for a pro athlete but it isn’t for a pro bber, they rely on grams and tons of different cycles

Take Phil without all the drugs he’s just another 5’9 guy with arms, there’s tons of those guys at local gyms (I’m not talking about Phil when he turned pro or now, talking about how when he was a real natural)

I get your point as well, not starting an argument either, it’s been beat to death haha

This is my two cents
