I sit here and look at the different routines and have come up with 1 conclusion. Every person reacts differently, I may do full squats and get the full quad were the next guy does only leg presses. All can be said and done but through time and trial will you find what works best for you....period. I do however agree with 1 thing from all that has been posted, more reps are better for legs, you have to push them to that other limit. The quad is a huge muscle...4 actually, you have to kill all of them, doing lower reps does not incorperate all phases of the quad. Its just like sex, 1 push does not fullfill your overall goal.
