The natty guy looks like crap. No legs. No back. Looks like shat.

It's because they lose too much weight to get ripped and then they look like anorexics.

John Grimek was a natty and he looked great. Likewise Clancy Ross.

The people who judge these shows need to move away from this starvation type physique look.

Once again, it has nothing to do with what I or anyone else (even you) looks like if we are not going on stage to exhibit our physique.

Don't go on stage if you look like crap. Very simple. Nobody wants to see your lousy, mal-developed physique.

Physique shows are for good physiques. They should not be for deluded people who think they look good.

I think the getting in extreme condition hurts them in terms of generally what muscle mass
They have gets eaten away & they’re left looking very stringy but lean.

No real size or shape fullness.

Maybe if the conditioning standard wasn’t so extreme for the natural competitors
They’d look more bodybuilder with the added size & shape.

It’s more of an anatomy contest
It’s called a Bodybuilding contests
Not called a lowest body fat & thin skin contest.

It’s down to the judging criteria & judges mainly.

I’ve been saying this for years, naturals can’t deplete like an enhanced lifter. They look better at 8-10% bf

Probably 12% even.

Steve Reeves was probably about 12%.

If they actually look good I have no problem with it. It's the guys who look like crap and are suffering from delusions that should not be doing this.

I appreciate the hard training and extreme dieting it takes to look like concentration camp survivors.

It takes a lot of dedication and willpower to turn your body into a scrawny twig, not to mention the courage to exhibit it wearing a walnut shell and string over your privates.

Natties cannot achieve extremely low bodyfat levels without losing lots of muscle mass, and therein lies the problem with true natural bodybuilding as it is practiced today.

The multitude of weight, age, and experience levels in contests are just a way to get more money for the promoter.

The 2nd guy is not. He is an IFBB Pro. I just put him up to show comparisons between Natural and Geared. Thanks for watching

Read the comments before i clicked on the video and was prepared to agree. Most naturals look horrible in competition shape, but the guy in that video looks great. He's not a genetic marvel, but good shape and proportions. Also, the mc says it was his 50th birthday, so major props for that. If he's really a natural, he's doing his thing.
