The main goal should be to control and limit immigration.
Then, enforce one standard of conduct and law regardless of race or religion.
I honestly believe anyone, regalrdless of race can work a job and obey basic public laws (like theft , rape or murder)

For example, I'm all for stopping people from illegally crossing national borders.
