If it's a contest diet, I don't think it's 180g of carbs per meal. I think he maybe meant 180g of rice cakes, which would be about 21g of Carbs from the Rice cakes. No one is getting peeled eating 6K Calories.
He doesn't eat fats other than Animal Omega Pak.
Unless you're on a lot of drugs, you'd probably just get fat.

Not too hard to do if you have a good appetite. However it would probably like most supposed pro diets make 99% of the people who try it fat.
