Idiot clearly said multiple times he was going to kill the men with guns...they were "dead"...and all they did was calmly stand their ground...No question they would have been seriously assaulted if they were not armed..and we don't know backstory..if this guy had violent history,etc....but seems HIGHLY likely that this guy had a violent streak if he threatens to kill men with guns...definetly would not say he was killed over "garbage". Man said he was going to take the gun and kill them both..and was testing how close he could get to do just that.

This type of thing could potentially happen every day, even without firearms in the mix. Think about: Someone pushing you as you walked down the street, or cutting you off on the highway, or even a domestic argument between a married couple or family members over air conditioning or the TV remote. It's part of being a non-idiot to walk away without letting it get to the point where there's a fight or a shooting.

Was it worth it for that guy who yelled at them? Sure, they're going to jail, but he's dead. No coming back from that. Clearly his judgment stank as bad as the trash in that alley.

Oh how I would love to be a US citizen and stand my ground.

In this disgusting Europe,you literally have to wait for the attacker to fire a bullet at you,and only then (if he misses or you're wounded),you can fire back.  Even at your own home facing a burglar.

Otherwise they will most likely drag you through courts for years and probably you will be jailed.

Not to mention you aren't allowed to carry a gun at all
