I am assuming that has to be some type of disease or disorder of the chest.  ??? ???

Or, just a massive chest tear?  ??? ???

I previously read that his year of birth is 1963, making him 41 in the first photo, and 55 today.  Like Scott Steiner and Markus Ruhl, a chest tear seems to have just kept getting worse and worse over the years.

If my memory is correct, he played in the NFL around 1984, and was the best in the league for rushing.  Correct me if this is wrong - I do not watch football, or know anything about the positions or plays.

He did play in the NFL but his career was brief.

Has two brothers who also played in the NFL.

I competed in his class back in 2004 and beat him. he had massive arms but was soft with very pronounced gyno. can't believe he's still competing... :-[
