I was remember as a young teen reading about his supplement advice and him advocating taking like 15-20g of fish oil pills per day. I remember reading that article and going to Nutraplanet (since that was the place to get bulk items and prohormones that even bb.com didn't sell) and buying their huge bags of 1000 fish oil caps...
