Which one of those people in your "example" is being nominated for SC?

Crybaby POTUS, crybaby nominee.  No surprise.

Leftists like you, funk, strawman and those like minded retards make it clear every day that even in real life you lack complete integrity and shouldn’t be trusted. With funk, I thought it was just him having issues with Trump, but no, full blown leftist here

The moral fiber of the man? 6 FBI background checks going back into almost his entire life without even a hint of any misconduct whatsoever and you’re basing “feeling” on what?

I read it. Clearly the attorney hired by the Republicans wrote it with a clear slant. I will give a couple examples

She wants to say it is an issue that Ford did not name her assailant for 30 years, labeling it "struggled" to name her assailant. She didn't struggle. The attorney ends all this conjecture with the disclaimer " delayed disclosure of abuse is common" which translates to ignore what I just said prior to this as it's not uncommon at all.

She makes an issue out of Ford "changing the description to her husband" from victim of a sexual assault one time, and referring to it as physical abuse another. Seriously? Unless you are a cop, attorney etc, those terms can be interchangeable in the course of a a conversation and doesn't cast doubt. The bias is strong.

There are others but yes, this is very similar to the memo Devin Nunes penned to his fellow Republicans.

Where is the slant?

In a July 6 text to the Washington Post, she said it happened in the “mid 1980s.”
• In her July 30 letter to Senator Feinstein, she said it happened in the “early 80s.”
• Her August 7 statement to the polygrapher said that it happened one “high school
summer in early 80’s,” but she crossed out the word “early” for reasons she did not
explain.
• A September 16 Washington Post article reported that Dr. Ford said it happened in the
“summer of 1982.”
• Similarly, the September 16 article reported that notes from an individual therapy session
in 2013 show her describing the assault as occurring in her “late teens.” But she told the
Post and the Committee that she was 15 when the assault allegedly occurred.

a qualifying statement? Come on.. You essentially just said that if someone doesn't share your opinion they don't have a lick of common sense. I could just as easily say the same thing, it means nothing. You asked for someone to address her memo. I didn't just say she is a paid shill working for the Republicans, and has their interest at heart, (She does) I also supplied specific examples of why that is. Did you address my specific examples? Of course not.. you did what you always do.

It appears you have not watched his opening statement or testimony in their entirety, but rather just brief snippets repeatedly plastered across the fake news outlets.

How in hell does her statement hold any water with anyone.
Key points
Don’t remember where it was
Don’t remember when it was
Don’t remember how I got there
Don’t remember how I got back home
Don’t remember what year it was
No one she has mentioned can back up her claims

Oh only she can Now (conveniently) remember who the
Attacker was - having not previously named him.  ::)

Agnostic are you saying you believe her identifying it was kavanaugh
As that’s the only thing she can now positively remember.

Let's clear this up. She doesn't "just now" remember who the attacker was. Thats a false narrative that the right would have you believe. The truth is, she always knew who the attacker was.

I crashed landed in a C-141 at Iwakuni AB Japan. Plane caught on fire, slide sideways down and off the runway. Took out a fire truck with one of the engines as it slide on ice off the runway. 20 years later I couldn't tell you what year it was. I knew it was between 85-87 and happened during the winter months in Japan as it was snowing. Only later when someone else showed me the Stars and Stripes article about it did I know what year and month it happened. So in perspective. She knew she was 15. When she first told it she wasn't focused on putting every aspect of it down so she spoke generally. When it became an issue she started putting two and two together. It was before I got my license, I was 15. and then, during the hearing she said if she knew if Mark Judge was working at X store, what his employment was at the time, she could narrow it down better. Obviously because she remembered him being employed at a particular place at the time of the assault. That's just not something a person makes up.

he refused to take the test...

hmmm
don't think so
  ;)

Brett Kavanaugh was asked during during the hearing if he would take a polygraph test. He replied that he would do whatever the Judiciary Committee asked him to.

If you would have watched the actual hearing, especcially his opening statement, you would have seen that was EXACTLY what he did with hesitation, no studdering.

His emotions were more of anger. Imagine having an impeccable career for over 25 years ripped out from under you based on literal hearsay..a fucking allegation with no proof whatsoever. He has every right to be not just livid, but emotional. You people that are thinking he's less of a man for crying? Are you fucking serious?

Not even remotely in the same context of what Kavanaugh and his family and especially his kids are going through.

Yep, horrible display of deflection, stupidity, and lack of any sort of knowledge of what actually has been said, etc. yet babbling on and looking like fools in the process.

A monster professor named Christine Fair calls for murder and torture:

Georgetown University Distinguished Associate Professor Christine Fair tweeted that white Republican senators in the Brett Kavanaugh hearing deserve to die.

“Look at thus [sic] chorus of entitled white men justifying a serial rapist’s arrogated entitlement,” Fair tweeted on Thursday. Referencing a video of “Lindsey Graham’s tirade,” Fair, who is a victim of sexual assault, added, “all of them deserve miserable deaths while feminists laugh as they take their last gasps.”

“Bonus: we castrate their corpses and feed them to swine? Yes,” she concluded the tweet.

Should she just possibly be fired?   ::)

Sex-Crimes Prosecutor: Claims From Ford Against Judge Kavanaugh Lack Sufficient Evidence

Rachel Mitchell said in a memo to senators, ‘I do not think that a reasonable prosecutor would bring this case.’

Oct. 1, 2018

The sex-crimes prosecutor hired by the Senate Judiciary Committee to question Christine Blasey Ford about her allegations of assault against Brett Kavanaugh told the panel she wouldn’t have prosecuted the case, according to documents viewed by The Wall Street Journal.

Rachel Mitchell, an Arizona prosecutor for more than two decades whom Republicans hired for last Thursday’s hearing with Dr. Ford and the Supreme Court nominee, told senators on the panel in a memo Sunday that a reasonable prosecutor wouldn’t proceed because of a lack of sufficient evidence.

READ THE MEMO:

I agree that he should not be prosecuted for an ancient misstep which may or may not have happened. Too bad she wasn't given a full opportunity to question Kavanaugh.  It could have saved him from a meltdown, or made it worse. We'll never know.
