There is no evidence that he lied outside of testimony, not delivered under oath and ostensibly delivered to the media only and not federal bodies, and we are talking about drinking habits from decades ago.  His anger and emotion, if you want to use that to make a conclusion about his judicial temperament, is totally reasonable for a guy who is getting his life upended and his family fucked up by baseless, uncorroborated, and likely false accusations.

Nobody believes these accusations.  No honest person buys this shit.  Women in particular, on average, are not buying this shit.

I can see the angle that these attacks will have made this guy, who is a dork, into a complete monster who will have a lifelong hatred of leftists and democrat party causes when he sits on the supreme court (and he will sit on the supreme court).  I think this is a good thing.

A college professor does not have more influence on society and culture than a Supreme Court Judge. A Supreme Court Judge can render a decision that changes the law for everyone. Most students don't take a college professor's lectures as Gospel. Even when they are that gullible, they still have the freedom to change their minds.

ONLY Democrats have won the popular vote and lost in the electoral college.  One (1876) even won a majority of votes but still lost in the EC.  History shows that a popular vote would benefit only Democrats.

People who buy the negative things said about Kavanaugh are not necessarily dishonest nor are all folks who believe Ford honest. As for your other question, yes I do find the timing of this disclosure rather coincidental. Since I am neither a woman nor have I ever been sexually assaulted, it is not possible for me to know what motivated Christine Ford to come forward so near to the final hour. Perhaps her seeing Kavanaugh's face plastered all over the news since his nomination and impending confirmation sparked the memory. We probably will never know the answer to this.
