An unfortunate side-effect of today's drugs seems to be horrid skin.  The guys of the 70s had a nice healthy glow and they had real tans too!   I should think that isolating the stuff that causes this look and removing it from one's regimen would go a long way toward reversing that look and probably more in terms of overall health.

Tren/GH/Filters & Fillers...in all this speculation... don’t forget the obscene amount of cardio im doing (along with a “ clean diet) This is one 8 hour shift ..3—11 ... times that by 5 days ...
