Bad idea. You could have a doctorate degree (I don't; I stupidly quit on my MA to work), and Amazon will still piss on you. It's a modern cotton mill.

Trainng = one large body part per day ( today was Back and triceps after ... plus abs everyday ) have headphones on and train for 2-3 hours ...that’s hard training soaked in sweat ... tons of volume... lots of exercises sets and reps ... moderate weight higher reps ... basic exercises... I’m a Security Officer in a huge double decker Mall... my whole 8-9 hour shift I’m walking at a fast pace ..... I eat pretty clean .. I’m actually pretty shocked at how Lean I am ...(people ask me everyday what show I’m getting ready for) ... am trying to get a big bigger/-add some size

I love training/being in the gym .. so while training for 3 hours isn’t optimal for recovery . I’m still going to do it (( I have stopped all cardio as my work is more than enough) .. Train usually 5 days per week ...like I said one body part per day .. and just annihilate it!

Only update I have is : she is Happily married (she moved away from my area so I don’t see her at the gym anymore) she probably still reads this board (most do) so maybe she can chime in on what she has been up to?

Being a Mall Cop isn’t very scary ..( guy overdosed in the men’s hadicapped bathroom stall and was butt naked and rolling around in his own excrement and almost died that was fairly scary ) other than that it’s mostly shoplifters and kids ... a couple of pretty good foot chases and take downs ... but honestly all they want is to do is “ observe and report” it’s mostly a lot of walking and pretty boring )
