Bingo. He types 100-142 characters, then puts his phone away and lets the weirdos on the Left melt, without even checking the tweet or its comments again. It keeps his name in the news, too, since the liberal networks post his tweets every time he submits them from his phone and invite 5 experts to analyze exactly what he means by this or that word or sentence, etc. It's free publicity.

Obama only got a Twitter account in the last year of his Presidency and it was a total flop. He got trolled on it so much he barely posted to it.
