OK, I'm going to try to get a TLDR from you guys, but I have some strong opinions on this.
First, when Nick started his vids there was something about his voice that seemed either condescending or just flat out boring depending on the content. Then I kinda grew to like his vids as people on here posted them more often, and I would bite and click the vid. I realized what made them a little flat compared to other youtubers is that he rarely talks live to the camera, and rarely.....I don't know if ever, has included videos of what he was talking about. Anyway, the vids have kind of grown on me and this one kind of helped me to "get" him a little more. The "uh oh, phil is going to sue me free speech/journalism (paraphrasing) is dead" screenshot was fucking hilarious. He's just a chill dude with a sarcastic sense of humor. Nick, if you read this keep doing what you're doing, but try to add some spice to your vids as it will get you more followers. Since you have Aaron and Redcon1 behind you, that should be pretty easy to work with them/him to help in that department. I'm glad you're able to make a living doing what you are passionate about while (I believe) you once said you are still in school. That's pretty admirable. I know Phil has an IT degree from about 20 years ago, but I would not fuck with anyone Nick's age or younger that knows their way around the net or a computer. This younger generation grew up on their parents lap at the computer. The generation after Nick that is in grade to middle school now are growing up with their own laptops in early childhood.
Second, I have to wonder if the letter Nick got from Phil's "lawyer" was from the firm of Heaf, Fillipe, and Imgifd, LLP? Stupid fuck doesn't even get what he is threatening Nick about. I only took business law 1 and 2 and know that he has no case at all, and the point the SMU student about the suit involving illegal activities as well as it being for over 75K and having to go to another level of court is dead on. I hope Nick makes more vids about this, and that RX and MD do so as well while reporting on how Phil is trying to bully Nick on top of this all.
Finally, to Philsulin.....you know you read this shit so have some balls now that you are no longer bound to AMI and respond to people. You know I was a big supporter (not a fanboy) before you became anyone while Muscle Mayhem was going strong. I flat out said in a thread that you would become Mr. Olympia some day if you kept your head on straight, and you were literally using the small amounts that those "in the know" over there vaguely referenced as to what you were (Allegedly....I have to make sure I use that word so you don't want to sue me too) using as you made your way to a pro card and further. Soon after, all you posted about was you to promote yourself while occasionally posting about your stupid fucking shoe obsession. My opinion of you as person started to change way back then, but there was no denying your potential as far as your physique. So here we are now. You were "gifted" the last 2 O's not so much because of your bubble gut issue; which you certainly did have, but due to lack of competition in this era. Also, if Kai hadn't had pics of him fucking a grapefruit floating on the net you would have lost two others. And I don't want to hear any bullshit about "well, I beat 4 time Mr. O Jay Cutler to get the title". Jay is a good guy, but everyone has called him The Fridge for years for a reason. People only wanted him to win so there was some shake up in the sport. He's sucked since 2001, and unfortunately for him he got caught that year. I still thought Ronnie beat him then hands down, and so did many others. To say that you would have been the greatest ever if you would have won 8,9, or even 10 is comical. People can debate eras all they want, but the fact is plain and simple......no one will ever remember you in the same way they do Ronnie, Dorian, Arnold, Flex, Levrone, or even that dickhead (my opinion) Shawn Ray. Hell, people will remember big Ramy, Munzer, Mentzer, Columbo, Zane, Platz, and many other legends 10-20 years from now before they think of your "greatness". Reality check time bro. Just sail on into the sunset, and go make the babies you said you wanted before it's too late. Your fan base is dwindling with everything you post and do. Just sayin!
