You pay a price going past the natural limits of the body, no doubt. Yes, PEDs are the main culprit. It happens in other sports too but bodybuilding is the most obvious when it comes to physical changes.

If any of you haters ever did that pose, you would know that holding your breath and push, like you are taking a large dump, to pull the veins out, and give that freaky look. Its a pose, nobody looks like that relaxed.
