For some reason I imagine him ripping his pants off on this seminar to show off his legs.

Any man that can squat big weights for high reps is worth listening to.

every one has a story like this billy superstar graham could have invested in i forget what it was but it succeeded... instead he put his money into posters of himself which didn't sell at all. i had a chance to get in on the ground floor of the bottled water industry in the early 1960's... but i didn't... my thinking at the time was who's going to pay for something you could get out of a kitchen faucet.....WRONG

These investing ideas are a crapshoot.

You never know how they might turn out.

How much risk can you take?

If it doesn't work you are screwed.

The smart guys invest with other people's money, protect themselves with layers of legal gobbledegook, and if the idea tanks they walk away.

How many small businesses fail?  They say 9 out of 10.  The one that makes it for all intents and purposes is just a job for the owner.

He makes a living but works 100 hours a week and is all stressed out.

Once in a blue moon lightning strikes and it goes big and you get rich.  You still work 100 hours a week.

You have to be careful what you wish for.

I love it when they do research and find the expensive chic bottled water comes out of a tap someplace next to the water treatment plant near Love Canal.

If I was Platz I'd seriously look into doing seminars like this.

Maybe he could get people to pay to listen to him talk.

People might pay $5 or $10 to hear him.

It's worth giving it a try.

Impressive. Platz is very good.

I listened to the first half of this while sitting in traffic and I was surprised how good it is.

Platz said he made millions and lost also lost millions was interesting. I didn't think there was that type of money in bodybuilding back then. He said he was getting $3000 a seminar after winning the Mr. Universe.

I listened to more and he went from a $3000 seminar to making $40,000 that same year. Odd numbers, like going to buy a car at sticker price and when they bring out the total there's an extra 30% tacked on.

Nice seminar nonetheless.

A little off topic. I bought 250 shares of Snap yesterday at $6.67 and I rarely if ever buy individual stock
