Goodmorrow I AM FALLSVIEW!


Markus's diet has changed dramatically according to his social media,

8am Toast and 6 eggs

11am Flank Steak with veggies

2pm Bagel with light cream cheese

5pm Almonds with light oil

8pm Bratwurst and sauerkraut-will have two to three times a week. Kraut is washed thoroughly to get rid of salt.

11pm Light snack like yogurt or apple slices.

You think thats a lot of food? Compared to what someone had posted years ago on here thats nothing.

His protein is down significantly.

He's finally eating like a normal person now.

I think this is very healthy.

Oh...I agree with you. I haven't seen any recent pics of him but you are correct. If he is maintaining his old size then this whole food schedule has to be missing something. I would think with a diet like this he would thin out and lose a lot of size.

Markus is not your typical bb'er, at all. Quite contrary: has a smokin hot wife with a cute face (and not that manly/bitch look most loser bodybuilders gfs/wives have), has a good taste in style (very rare also), is friggin loaded and is not socially awkward/douche. My bet is - dude is way above average in the iq department, every detail of his life speaks of it.

WHo told you that to enhance yourself is "not alpha"? You must be mistaken... probably most of well widely known alphas went down that road. I mean - these who were not just smart, but had good genes/physical appearance to beging with.
