Women look terrible all dieted down.  Women are supposed to have tits (natural) and ass while dieting down to under 10% body fat just makes it all disappear.  The low body fat gives them the Skeletor look in the face as well.

It's liberating for women to not have to wait until they're elderly in order to have skin that thin.  ;)  It would work well for them only if women were carbon copies of men.
