Solid advice without a doubt. Shawn should have a bigger profile, he ticks all the boxes and had a great pro career. Perhaps this is the start of a resurgence for him.

Never understood hiring a coach. I learned probably 30 or more lifts when I was 12 looking at the old York Bodybuilding course exercise charts. It probably took a half hour or so. What do these "coaches" teach day after day to their clients? I'm not talking about someone training elite athletes but regular Joe's.

Good points by him, but...I can't recall seeing any degree, Doctorate or otherwise in "bodybuilding prep" leading up the to the day of a show.

And isn't it part of the idea with bodybuilding to experiment with your own body getting to understand it and growing as result? Takes away the charm when they have someone tell them what to do like some kind of robots. It's fucking stupid but I guess most bodybuilders are kind of stupid... I mean you have to be kind of stupid to be willing to inject the amount of drugs they do today.
