This is how to get the day going, amazing views, fresh crisp air, can't put a price on this dudes! Sometimes you need to forget about macros, meal timing, hypertrophy, pre/intra/post workout shakes, and just enjoy the simple things that make this place amazing!

Lol, nah dude, I just drove across the country and just ate fast food, for 3 days straight, with carnivore I just stop a a burger place be it Burger king, Carls jr., Jack in the Box, and just slam some burgers (just no bun) or if I'm in the mood for eggs I'll stop at a Denny's/IHop and just have some scrambled eggs and bacon. Do I meal prep yes, but there was no theres no Tupperware in my car this morning.
