What are the odds the driver saw the Kavinsky video or was it just boneheaded luck?

Or was it getbig's sport car enthusiast, Parker, behind the wheel?  :)

Maybe he noticed there was no heat after him, and exited the freeway to hide in the parking lot.
ESFitness had a thing for parking lots. Could it be him?
