Sad news Tuesday... apparently the rumors of Mandy Blank's death are true. I saw posts from Chris Cormier and Dexter Jackson on her death on get big.com, and Alex Ardenti posted that he heard she was found in her bathtub with the water overflowing, but added he had no specifics at the time. I knew Mandy fairly well, and last saw her at Binais Begovic's Halloween party in Hollywood exactly three years ago. She was in good spirits and told me she was doing well with her personal training business in Hollywood. She had moved from Florida to California about 15 years ago or so (not sure exactly), and was a dynamic performer and model. I hired her to guest pose at Pasadena City College when I promoted the Junior Cal (now the West Coast Classic) around 2007 or 2008. Another loss much too soon. Mandy Blank, R.I.P.

Of course she had a troubled childhood, women who come from functional families with caring, loving parents with high moral standards don't end up in the industry. These women aren't far from pornstars in the moral department. Humanity is better off without their reproduction cause their children will grow up to be the same. This doesn't mean they should die though.

Not really. I think a lot of GetBiggers react to tragic news like this by posing that question (then Googling for evidence of said activity and cracking one off in tribute if they hit the jackpot...) It's just their way of coping with the loss....

Goodmorrow I Am FALLSVIEW

I went back 10 years on her Social Media which looks like she scrubbed some stuff on it from gaps in time lines.
Seems like she battled depression. Very sad.

Here was her diet from a few years ago:

7am. Avacado Toast, Protein pancake with Aunt Jamima Lite syrup.

8am. Train

9:30. Rice cake with Almond butter and one teaspoon of Nutrela

11am. 4oz Beef Tenderloin diced in Butter Lettuce.

2pm. Rice Cake with almond butter

4pm. Cardio/Train/Legs on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

6pm. Protein Shake with supplements.

8pm. One cup of Protein Pasta with margarine sauce, veggies, bison burger without bread

9pm. Tuna sandwich on Ezekiel Bread with Crusts Cut off.

11. Protein Shake.

All meals are taken with a full glass of Alkalized water and guar gum to help feel full.

Just sad. I feel sorry for any girl that gets mixed up in the bodybuilding world. If she took different turns she could have been living a nice suburban life with a husband and children. Yes, I stand by what I wrote.
