check out cap barbell company. they make all kind of grip plates.also york, marcy, ivanko and iron grip barbell companies.

i always like the marcy grips... these were actually silver but i painted them gold.

i actually have a pair of york 100's haven't touched them since the 1990's though...they currently anchor a leg curl- leg extension bench in corner.

your post made me look up youngest grandmother for whatever reason. the record is some woman in Romania was a grandmother at age 23....hard to believe the youngest one i know personally was a grandmother at 36...
