BPH/prostatitis
« on: October 30, 2018, 04:26:53 PM »
I posted this over on the AAS forum but it's so dead. I figured this could happen even without using anything it happens with age. I need some opionons.

For those who have dealt with prostate issues how do you know the difference. I started having the urge to piss more and I feel swollen. I went to the doctor they did urine and blood test, no finger test it was GP. My PSA came back .72 pretty low. I was prescribed antibiotics. It's been two weeks doesn't feel like it's improving. I feel tired and down bad mood lethargic. My urine showed some extra white blood cells but no clear sign of infection.

I probably had this coming long high test blasts with no AI lots of masteron etc. It came on so quick though that's why I'm not sure what it is. And it actually started once I started to cruise. I'm being refferd to a urologist.

I'm about to turn 35 been using on and off for awhile.

Lol. I've changed my diet around and I'm taking saw palmetto and a few other things. It's a clear sign to quit messing around I get it.

No medical expert here but  you possibly have an enlarged postrate but at 35 I hear it's not too common.

I play Poker with doctors, lawyers, and thieves frequently so I'll ask a doc what medical "stuff" treats enlarged prostates other than surgery.

One doc recently mentioned "ultra sound" and a drug that reduces postrate size but I wasn't interested at the time, so I'll ask and pay attention next poker sesson.

BUT ... Eventually some doc is gonna have to stick his finger up you ass .... and it could be much worse if he has to stick a tube where no tube should ever enter.

But don't let me scare ya .... Just yet!

Google 'Enlarged postrate" and you'll find numerous   suggestions regarding clearing and avoidance, but it's best to follow your doc's advice and get it taken care of ASAP.

MARTY, Give me some time (like tomorrow) and I'll provide some legit answers!

I think that it is 50% of US males over 50 years of age who  suffer from enlarged prostate. And like 90% for those over 60.

But I gotta check to see if those stats are stil reliable.

Never the less ... Enlarged prostate problems are very common and there are many Prostate Supplement scams happening today.

But you mentioned Saw Palmeto (?? Spelling} which is siupposedly one of the most reliable ingredients for postate treatment on the market.

Pay attention because one day in the future you will MOST LIKELY have an enarged postate ... like it or not!

Hope not though!

I'm confused because my PSA score was so .72
Anything over 4.0 is bad.

No doctor here.  PSA is a test for cancer. You can have an enlarged prostate with a negative PSA test. Quit steroids and see a urologist. An enlarged prostate is something that hits a lot of steroid users. Tell the urologist everything about what you take. Then take his advice.

Anything over 4.0 is bad.

The PSA test is part of an array of diagnostic tools to determine what’s going on with the prostate.  I knew a fellow cyclist whose PSA was regularly in the 7-8 range, but he had no prostate issues.

An increase in the PSA over time is a potential cause for further investigation.

I dealt with prostitus once. I was prescribed cypro and it took a few weeks for it to go away. Apparently it's a tough infection to treat.  Happy to say no long term effects

Did you feel sick? First few days I started really feeling it I was sweating bad at night I had slight fever. I think it's prostatitis for this reason. From what I've read it's a bitch to get rid of.

No not yet. I'll have to figure out exactly what I should say.
