Yes, many beachfront or beach view homes between Paradise Cove and Zuma Beach have been burnt to the ground. Celebs living there include Beastie Boys Mike D and Chris Martin from Coldplay. I’m pretty sure the crazy homes of the Uberwealthy in malibu colony are still intact.

I hate to hear that some of those oceanfront/PCH homes caught fire.

As for Malibu Colony, I kind of recall that that neighborhood was void of large flamable vegetation and was mainly situated along a good stretch of sand and ocean so I gotta assume that very, very expensive property did not get torched.

Interesting to see that a number of IIlamas were found safe and sound while tied up to the lifeguard stands along the various beaches. They had good owners!
