Ive been eating alot of protien powder and eating fruit also, i havent had any beers in a few days , i had just 3 beers about 3 days ago wich helped me muscle out 2 extra hours of work but wen i came down had an annoying headache even though i drank 2to3 gallons of water that day!
On that day i wasnt even tryin to have beers i worked all day and been eating vegan sandwiches vegan hotdogs n protien shakes..... I tried forcing down even more protein because i needed extra energy to do shit around the house wen i got home. But no matter how much protien n water i kept stuffing down i was still tired so i had the beers n got sit done
Now today im in the same situation eatin alot but now tired , extra protien and water aint gonna do shit... Do i need the krispy kremes ? Or beer , maybe i just need pussy, or paint fumes, orange clay?
