You're not getting old, you're getting older. The second you put the "old" word into your psyche it's usually downhill from there. My kid is 21 and he's constantly telling me to act my age...lol (whatever that means)

Though it will last for Many a year yet - Especially if you keep going at it

I’m 58 & admit I’m struggling with getting older as I’m not what I was,
Then I look around at most every other man my age & younger
95+ % are overweight Fat & Knackered physically regardless of there age.

We’re well ahead of the Game.
