If he really benched that someone would have seen it... How many places even have the bar and plate setup to reach 950, particularly when someone is local...

No ones ever benched 950 raw. This clown probably never did 450. If he did it shirted, it would have been witnessed. (Need help getting in those things).
And more importantly, out of them...
