Seriously...the Planet Fitness jokes are old...Like the Trump Jokes. The first 1000 are funny...then...it gets lame.

What they should do is film there idiotic antics in a max security prision. They have big muscles...they should be alright...leave them in there for 5 days.

So the guy eats premium meat, complex carbohydrates in the form of rice, veggies regularly, exercises and has regular checkups. Unlike majority of ordinary folks stuffing themselves with processed food, Mcdonalds and similar garbage with zero nutritional value and full of fructose to fatten the liver nicely.


Yeah, he is eating wrong, I guess he needs to switch to chicken, that way he gets hormones and antibiotics for free each meal...
