Same thing would happen if they entered my abode. Forget the 9mm pea shooter... it would be a 12 gauge, 00 round into their chest or head. Shooting them dead is the only way to do it. Dead men tell no tales. If you let them live they (and the defense lawyer) will lie their ass off in court to make the owner look like he was wrong for shooting them.

Not in my state... Castle doctrine and 'stand your ground' law allow the use of deadly force.

But in the meantime ... here's some solid advice.

Search "USCCA" for some solid info about shooting an intruder or anyone with the intent of doing you harm.

And then come back here and tell us what ya think.

I'm sure many left leaning folks would rather the homeowner have been killed. Two jungle bunnies rob and kill an innocent man inside his home.......that story wouldn't have even made the news.

But when a gun owner exercises his God given right to self defense that's a big story. Cops probably searching his home (and computer hard drive) now trying to find a way to charge him with murder.

Yup, like they say "your troubles dont end when you shoot the bad guy, they begin".
Plus the family may try to come after you or your family, etc.

POWER, PRAY, Thanks for yoie intelligent inpit as stated above ..... I should add that yhe USCCA offers some form of insurace to cover you once you kill an intruder ... or merely try to ... and miss!

I'm no lawyer of this sort ... but it is possible to be in a better and more legal position if you dn't miss!

I didn't have to worry about this (shooting someone) while I was within
a combat situation in the military .... and it just might be best for each of us to be similarly 'protected' while protecting oneself, ones family, or ones possessions.

Crooks do not deserve to have legal rights.

but true on the 2nd part no if you break into some ones house or business that's it you lose your legal rights, these assholes who make the laws say get out of the house or call the police well fuck why dont I just ask the thief to please hold on while I get out or make a phone call..........Some of these break ins these guys are animals they will kill your kids rape your wife fuck that ... I DIDNT SERVE MY COUNTRY AND LIVE A DECENT LIFE TO HAVE SOME FUCKWAD TAKE FROM ME ...
