Are you 100% certain he wasn't diddling her while you were still together?  Have you been tested for sickle cell?

She's literally gay. I don't think he was diddling her, her girlfriend was, but he wasn't lol

  • I am a good man.
I've thought the same thing.  I'm currently at about 4700kcals and close to maintenance at about 202 pounds.  I've been as high as 5600kcals in the offseason and never been even 230.
Come get me.

None, we met in the gym. I just turned 17 and she was 14. We got married when she was 20 and I was 23. Divorced 4 years later. In between that time she started training with another chick (which was fine because I was training with Gus Rethswich for the Running Man movie) needless to say the other chick was gay and the rest was history :-\

Nobody in their right mind would stay on T3 all year around especially in the off-season

Not true at all.  TRT doc has clients on T3/T4 combo that take GH and levels are brought into normal range, and no higher.

I’m talking for bodybuilding purposes. I don’t know what TRT docs you’re referring too, but unless there’s a real problem, no.

diet is case by case #1 so guys do put down a ton of cals - 5k to 6k daily

my most successful diet - i will be following it very soon

for me - i do best on a keto (meso type)
1.5 grams to of protein per LB
.60 grams of fats bet LB

215lbs  x 1.5 grams of protein per LB  = 300 grams daily
215lbs x  .60 grams of fat per lb = 130 grams of fat daily
40-50 grams of carbs only from veggie sources (fruits are cucumbers and a daily avocado)

A bit high protein intake for keto isn‘t it? This can lead to your body turning protein into glucose or am i wrong?

So she was dating Vic Richards while dating the chick at the same time?

its more of the palumbo diet than a "true keto"

a true keto diet doesn't have enough protein for a hard training pre contest bber  hence the more protein

He hasn’t competed in years but says going too again. He’s right around 245-250 right at 5’9

He trains at my gym. Nice guy big af. I would say he pulls in a very nice living from social media. He also is part owner in a supplement line. Probably does well with his online training as well.

Yes, it kept creeping up over the years. Someone who dealt with him on MFW (Misc.Fitness.Weights) posted this account of dealing with him in the early 90's -

I saw Vic Richards last Friday night at a seminar he gave at Vinny Greco's Powerhouse Gym in Watertown, Ma.

I didn't write anything down, so I'm going just from memory. Anyway, I'm just going to ramble...

First of all, Vic Richards *is* the largest human alive. I am now convinced of it. I've seen pros in person before (side note: if you've never seen a pro in person, you're in for a shock. You can not imagine how big they really are just from the magazines.), but this guy pretty much blew my mind away.

He started off with his background and stuff, why he doesn't compete, etc. He believes that you should bodybuild for the love of it, not to win fame or trophies. If you do it for those reasons, then you'll never succeed. But if you love it, and pour your all into it, those things will eventually come.

He said that at 16, he was already 220 pounds with 17" arms. BTW, he is 5'9" or 5'10" and claims to be 315 pounds. I didn't believe it at the seminar, but the following night he guest posed at a contest and, after seeing him without his clothes, I was more apt to believe it.

He said the Barbarians are the ones that got him into training, and taught him everything for the first 4 years. He also says (like someone else did around here) that they're 2 of the nicest people you'll ever want to meet. He says that they always have time to talk to anyone - no matter how small you are - to talk about training, etc. He believes the reason they're so nice goes along with why they don't compete. They bodybuild because they love it, not to win trophies.

Other things (in non-chronological order):

[NOTE: All quotes are paraphrased. Sorry - didn't have a tape recorder.]

He backed up his claim of eating 30,000 calories.
"I eat," he said.

Moreover, he still claims that they're "clean" calories. No fats or MCTs, *and* he doesn't believe in using a blender - he never drinks his calories.

So, supposedly he gets 30,000 calories from eating the following meal 5-6 times a day (someone should calculate the actual numbers):
