Got a gallon of this from the Secret Santa party today.  Never used it before.  I know some people were just taking Liquid Egg Whites and adding chocolate syrup to it and drinking it. 

I went to their FB page and not too much there.  There was a video of some dude doing some really fucked up pull-ups though.  My shoulders starting hurting just watching him.

Egg whites have ZERO taste, so I'm not sure why people use syrup.  1 cup is about 26g of protein.

This isn't that bad.  It's a "weird".   The best way to describe it is as - remember those old ABB protein shakes in the can?

Where the chocolate tasted like some weird variation of a Yoo Hoo drink.  But no matter how much you shook it up there was always some "sludge" on the bottom of the can that got stuck behind because it was much thicker.  This Muscleegg is like drinking the sludge.
