NFL Puts Up Huge Television Ratings In 2018

The NFL did an incredible job at drawing television viewers this past season.

The Hollywood Reporter reported the following on the NFL’s ratings in 2018:

The nation’s biggest pro-sports league has stopped two years of ratings declines. Through 16 weeks of the regular season, NFL games across all its TV partners — CBS, Fox, NBC, ESPN and NFL Network — are averaging 15.82 million viewers, up about 6 percent from the 2017 season. The NFL was easily the top draw on broadcast TV even in its recent down period, but as most entertainment programming has declined (see below), the rebound makes football’s relative position that much stronger.

Havent really followed this but around the NFL podcast said that some late Monday Night game was lowest rated ever. Or one of the.

Stands still look WAY empty to me, nobody I know watches after they stopped a couple years ago


Honestly sounds to me like fake news they invented to try and get everyone to say fck it... I'll watch again since everyone is watching again.


Even more people I know have been turning out the Negro Felon League.... just sayin

SF1900 doesn't realize that everyone you know has stopped watching.

His data only pertains to television ratings, which as we know, many millennials dont even own television sets, let alone watch them.

The NFL, NBA and UFC are dying a slow and painful death into obscurity.

Soccer and esports are the future.
