Never did gear, trained for 38 years natty. 2 years ago when I turned 50, i went on small TRT dose (75 mg. week) life-changing.
(After getting tested at 303 total test. 10 years on statins killed test levels, test is made in cholesterol. Off stains now,and on 75 mg, had my best bloods ever done last week).

Total test back up to 700 (not too high, low dose is key) but all other blood numbers were amazing.

Older guys, if feeling shitty, get checked, get prescribed TRT if low. Amazing...

Statins are shit drugs doctors are pushing on everyone.  My last visit my cholesterol was 220 and the doc wanted to put me on them.  Anyone thinking of going on them should actually look at the statistics.  The bad outweighs the good.  Taking plant sterols and COQ10 is all you need if you need anything.
