Skirt steak....which here is labeled "Fajita" on the package/sign...get some unseasoned meat tenderizer and mix it with the marinade.

Buy 80/20 ground beef, cook it, drain the fat with a strainer,  add water and keep rinsing the beef until theres no more fat.
