I don’t watch bodybuilding shows either but I think bodybuilders work a lot harder with training and diet etc... than ball players and they don’t get anywhere near the compensation so not as bad watching that.

That's because of market dynamics.  Millions of fans watch and buy jerseys along with other memorabilia and advertisers pay millions to be seen by those fans.  No one gives a shit about competitive bodybuilding except for the competitors and a very few die hard fans.

Hell ya!  The best fights are the local ones with up and coming superstars!  I dig the local boxing scene where I live.  Rarely does anyone make it big, but I've seen some absolute wars live!  And the fighters probably don't get paid much at all.
