When you factor in that blacks commit 10x the violent crime as white and police are involved in dangerous situations with them far more often, these numbers shouldn't be anywhere near what they are. 
Then again, most cops (especially white ones) would be very reluctant to shoot a black guy, but most likely wouldn't bat an eye at shooting a white guy.  Probably because the white population doesn't give a fuck when some white scumbag is shot by the police, yet for whatever reason the black population trys to portray the black guy as a victim who worked at a homeless shelter and volunteered his time with handicapped children, all the while he had a wrap sheet as long as my arm! lol

Interestingly, when you take a look at op's chart, you see that far more whites are shot, as would be expected because the population of whites is greater in this country. But when you narrow it down to unarmed people who are shot,  look how much that gap closes.
