I did after the first time but the dispatcher seemed like he was yawning over the phone. He told me its an ongoing problem in that area. By then the guy was gone so I told him and left it at that. What I should have done is take a pic while he was standing there with his junk out. Despite conker's and rathersuckcock wishes, it is against the law to expose yourself in public and since that's his turf I'm sure they will recognize him. Not that anything will be done. According to a cop friend of mine its just pointless. They arrest him, go through the whole rigamarole, hold for a bit, then just let them go. They have to actually attack someone before they arrest them. But he said people don't even complain anymore. They just try to avoid them as much as they can and avoid areas where there are a lot street people. But to me that's just surrendering. Just like how some like conker and ratherbebig want us to surrender this entire country.

But I'm fighting to the bitter end. We just need more fighters.

I mean, I don't know how much gear Conker is taking, but its obvious his physique is at least decent, even if PEDs. He just doesn't look like the average guy walking down the street, obviously. I mean, its very subjective, so it's hard to say how big he should be to satisfy a geared up physique.
