I competed from 1964 until 1975. I came up with my hypertrophy theory in 1999 and had articles published in IronMan magazine in 2000 and 2001.

My biceps-supinator machine was designed in 1991 but built in 2001. Final modifications done in 2016.

If I had my machines and theory in the old days I could have done much better.

By the way, the IFBB 1975 Mr Australia contest was fixed by Arnold and Paul Graham.

It is hard to find any photos from that contest. I might have some in a magazine somewhere. Roger Walker won the contest. Arnold judged then guest posed.

Ian Perrott came second to Roger. Sadly he committed suicide not long after the contest. I spoke out at the judges-competitors meeting that we should do

what they do in America in the AAU. In the AAU Mr America you could win the title only once. Roger already won the Mr Australia so someone else should be

given a chance to win. No one supported me at the meeting.

Arnold spoke out against me. After the contest I talked to Ian and he said he should have supported me. He felt he could win the next year. I said there are a

lot of good guys here in Australia and he might not be the best next year.

2 decades or more later Ian's daughter contacted me after reading my words. Unfortunately I didn't know Ian Perrott. Just met him at the contest.

Or Tor Kor market in Bangkok is good place to get freshly roasted bugs.
