Think they keep accurate stats in these third world shit holes. Last time my wife was in Mexico a Mexican cop was patrolling in a stolen California police car. Never bothered to paint it, take off the plates or take off the stickers.

 I have a distant relative from Columbia. She said a man was following her and she saw a cop and told him. The cop walked up to the guy and shot him dead. He then walked away. The body was out there the whole night.

Columbia, USA?  Or Columbia in Dubai, India?

BTW, USA appears on that list of 50 shiitte hole murderous cities four times.  I know, WTF?
