I find more and more people are following programs on their phones when they work out. I use to keep a workout journal recording weight used, reps, sets and overall time for the workout. People now do this on their phone. What I hate about phones are people that talk on their phone through their workout. One woman in particular walks in talking on the phone. Talks through every rep because she is not exerting herself. Then she walks out talking on the phone. She uses one arm movements then switches arms. Even on cardio the effort is so low she gabs all through the workout.
