Quarter reps of peace unwarmed-up moron and stupid Palumbo commentary.

Leg presses are a great exercise.

Now this is how a real man should do them (full ROM)

Rarely they are done properly as it requires great concentration and sacrificing some weight.

Safest way is like someone else said on this thread is a full range of motion and a controlled cadence.  Lower that damn back board so you can bend your knees. If you have that back board high your thighs will hit your body with your legs barely bent. Then you have to use a million pounds that will grind up your knees and at the worst lead to a blown out knee.

Bodybuilding is filled with insecure guys.  That's why you see all these half reps in pressing so they can use the big weights. Never saw all the half reps that I see today.  Look at guys doing dumbbell shoulder presses. They sit instead of stand because sliding your ass out a little in the seat turns it into a semi incline press. Then they stop when their upper arms are parallel to the floor. That's a half rep.

Embarrassing prick "leg pressing", tool should have been squashed/killed, gym would be better off.

That's not how you do leg presses , you should never fully extend your legs ,lock your knees.

This is how you do it  perfect form

I think this belongs here as well. Thanks Stuntmovie:

In one such case this 'rectification' consisted of taking the one bum who took residence on a bus stop bench in the vicinity of the Food Pantry Waikiki grocery store and laying his two legs on the curb and jumping on those two legs until his shin-bones broke with  a large 'crack'.

I was not present to hear that crack but others were.

For the next few months that bus stop bench was vacant of bums, but soon enough that bum who had his two legs (shin-bones) broken showed up once again sitting on that bench along with a pair of crutches and ..... when he was in a standing position it was noticeabe that whomever 'fixed' those broken bones ... was not a medical professional ... as they were not as straight as a typical shin bone tends to be.

Pretty much sums up the source of every gym injury

LOL I'm sure Dorian would appreciate this chocolate native guy's training advice.

Dorian had the most perfect form of all powerlifters/bodybuilders when training, apart from Ed Coan.

I haven't payed attention of him locking the knees but I agree. I never lock them out totally but I come damn close, and it's the best way.

And the guy in the video does sort of half reps too.

He could have gone deeper. Look at the relationship of his femur to his tibia.  Look at the way Yates does them. Look at the way Shawn Ray does them.

I almost felt that!!!   :P

Fucking idiot/attention whore.

Nowadays everybody wants to lift big weight or compete long before they invest the proper amount of time to do so.

Pop an ibuprofen or two, take an extra day of rest, and he’ll be good as new.

Falcon solved the Navier-Stokes equation.
