Yes he did.  However, I see what you're getting at.  Jay's huge gut expanded more width wise and was always visually present after his first couple of O's vs. Ronnie's tapered waist and bubble gut which sometimes was bad and even then could be hid when posing right.

98, 99, 03 O's and 2001 AC Ronnie were insane....the AC in particular IMO.  Gut was in check, and classic shredded to the bone RC.   Ronnie was always shredded and dry. 

Jay was much more miss than hit.  Definitely don't think he deserved 4 0's, and CC should have beaten him hands down at his last AC

He has great genetics - he took much of the trauma(drugs + training) without deteriorating. His personality is nearly non existing... although that's a plus when interacting with "likeminded" fans.

I would give him the comeback victory over Dex.  He was still blocky but the rest of the line up was trash.

Meh.. In 2009 he deserved it. Had an h taper but still showed up in shape and not pregnant which sadly is almost as rare as a dodo bird in modern ifbb bodybuilding...

As for him looking young, 45 isn’t that old and he’s losing a lot of his hair, give it a few more years and he will be bald
