As far as peak week goes, here is where there's the most BS going around. Most of the time the athlete ends up looking worse after the "depleting and loading".

It's not easy but it's pretty basic man. All you have to do is be disciplined to eat right and go to the gym. I do that shit on the daily anyway. The drug part is definitely the hard part because it's chemistry that provides the biggest difference maker in a physique. I hate that you disregard that part knowing that it's the biggest difference maker. Look at your own body and how much weight you gained and shred up that is all drugs and you 100% know that.

I think the drugs are a really high percentage but more than training? I've done both natural and enhanced and naturally I looked shredded but extremely thin. At 6'1 shredded naturally I was probably 160-165.

You can take all the drugs you like but if you dont train nothing will happen, thats why I believe training to be by far the most important
