If we don't see any revisions by early August, I think he's not going. The "It's up for grabs", and not playing the Heath vs Rhoden angle makes it seem that way too.

No. I read a post from him where he said he wasn't even going. He's not happy with them making money off his image and he doesn't. Same deal Kai had going on.
