Back on YouTube after 3 months....... So, This is very interesting as this is his first day of training (Feb 1st) in three months.....

In January 1st he was 200 pounds , a month later he is 219 ripped and vascular ...he regained 20 pounds lean mass in one month without working out one single day !

He takes his shirt off and he could almost  take Frank Zane or Dickerson on size lol !!!  remember this is the first day of training since October ....

You have good genetics but the one picture you posted with Calum, he seems way better genetically, am I mistaken?
I am writing this coz everybody claims he is all drugs, I don't think so.
Full muscle bellies and proportion don't come easy...

He has very good genes, handsome looks, tall, but without loads of gear he's just a sympathetic bloke from Down Under

He doesn't train harder or different than the majority of other serious builders. Food is about the same. So guess what makes the difference.....

You're right but that applies for most of the competitive bbers out there, so it is funny claiming he is all drugs.
Some people able to retain more muscle when they are off the sauce but that doesnt make them superior ahtletes IMHO

a lot of getbiggers have stressed the importance of sleep lately

so it's possible that calum just napped himself into 20 pounds of muscle
